You might have seen my previous post about Maduro wearing his personal Nike Tech Fleece jogger set (it is around 17°C in Caracas at 1 a.m.).

But have you ever wondered what brand that “neck pillow” is? As someone who has had the privilege of taking offshore helicopter flights, it is actually an auto‑inflatable flotation device, better known in the military as a Life Preserver Unit.

The photo was most probably taken during a helicopter flight out of the capital, so this should be an LPU‑37/P, since that is standard equipment on Marine helicopters. Basically, a compact life jacket :D
