Flux1 has just released one of the most impressive open-weight Imagen models last month — Kontext. Today, the Kontext-Dev model weight is officially available to download on Hugging Face!

Even better, the GGUF-quantized version is now available in the HF repo too, so you can plug it straight into your ComfyUI workflow. 🙂

Why are we so excited? Unlike traditional text-to-image models, the FLUX.1 Kontext family supports in-context image generation. This means you can prompt with both text and images — and the model will understand, extract, and remix visual concepts while preserving the original structure.

In simpler terms: you can virtually edit a photo using prompts, and the AI will try to keep it as close to the original as possible.
